Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Company: Hm Devlopment BD · Primary site: hmdevlopmentbd.site
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at hmdevlopmentbd.site and to Android applications published by Hm Devlopment BD that identify this policy in their store listing (including WebView-based titles that load our HTML5 games). It does not cover third-party storefronts (for example Google Play or payment processors) beyond describing how our software interacts with typical platform services.
2. Accounts and information you give us
Hm Devlopment BD does not require users to create an account and does not directly ask users to submit personal information such as name, email, or phone number to play standard game modes in our apps or browser games.
If you email us for support, you choose what you include in your message. Keep messages minimal and avoid sending sensitive personal data unless absolutely necessary.
3. Third-party services & technical data
Our apps and site may use third-party services that operate on our behalf. These services can process limited technical information needed for hosting, functionality, notifications, diagnostics, security, and performance. This can include, depending on configuration: app instance identifiers, coarse device or OS information, approximate region from IP, push notification tokens, aggregated usage or engagement signals, and diagnostic or crash data.
Because we do not control every sub-processor a vendor may use, you should also review the vendors’ own policies.
4. Firebase (Google)
Some builds use Google Firebase components such as Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Analytics. Firebase may process technical and diagnostic data relating to how the app operates. The exact data categories depend on which Firebase products are enabled for a given build and how they are configured in the Firebase console.

5. OneSignal (push notifications)
When push notifications are implemented, we may use OneSignal as a delivery partner. OneSignal and the underlying platform messaging services (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android) may process a push token, device or app instance identifiers, notification delivery metadata, and related technical records.
Notifications are optional. On supported Android versions we request permission only after an in-app explanation, and you may decline without losing access to gameplay. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings or, where available, through OneSignal subscription controls.
We aim to send notices that are truthful, related to the game or app, and not spammy. Promotional content, if any, is limited and easy to opt out of via system settings.

6. WebView, websites & storage
WebView-based apps load web content (for example https://tennis.hmdevlopmentbd.site/). That experience may use cookies, local storage, or similar mechanisms controlled by the hosted site and any embedded third parties. Our native shell does not replace the website’s own rules; review the game host and our disclosures together.
7. Advertising
Hm Devlopment BD’s DJB88 Tennis Android builds referenced from this Privacy Policy link do not embed native ad SDKs (no AdMob in the packaged app shell). Separately, the HTML game or support website may contain third‑party advertisements or trackers controlled by those hosts—you can use browser/device controls to manage cookies and trackers when playing in the browser or within WebView-loaded pages.
8. Children
Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction) to collect personal data from them. Parents and guardians who permit device use should supervise installations and manage notification and ad settings. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact support and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate.
9. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (such as hosting, analytics, push, or similarly scoped vendors) strictly to operate and improve the apps, comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights and safety where permitted.
10. Retention
Retention depends on the underlying service. Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be stored longer than raw logs. Crash and diagnostic logs may be retained for troubleshooting for a limited period. Push providers retain delivery records according to their schedules.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data involved. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep devices updated and only install our apps from reputable sources.
12. Your choices
- Uninstall the app to stop most on-device processing tied to that installation.
- Use Android settings to disable notifications, reset ad ID, or limit tracking where the OS provides controls.
- Use browser controls to clear site data for games played in a standard browser.
- Contact us for privacy questions (see Contact).
13. International users
Services may process data in countries where providers operate facilities. By using our apps or website, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur subject to applicable vendor terms and law.
14. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. The new effective date will be posted at the top. Material changes may be highlighted in release notes or notices where practical.
