Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. Game balance and availability may change.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hm Devlopment BD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the services.
7. Updates
We may update apps, games, or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
